Precautions for selection of LED lamps:

1. Quality of Lamp Beads:

1. LED chips; the commonly used brands are divided into three camps. The American and Japanese chips are of good quality and the price is more expensive, and the second is that the Chinese LED chips are of poor quality and the price is relatively low. The key to different quality LED chips is life, which is determined by light decay. Low light decay, long life, long life and high price. The quality of the chip determines the brightness and light decay of the lamp bead. Good lamp beads not only have high luminous flux, but also have small light decay.

2. Light efficiency: the same power lamp beads, the higher the light efficiency, the higher the brightness. The same lighting brightness, the smaller the power consumption, the more energy-saving. The better the color temperature of the same batch of lamps, the higher the price.

2. Drive Power Supply;

LED lamps must be equipped with high-quality, high-efficiency drive power. The power factor of the drive is required to be above 0.9. If the power factor is lower than 0.6, it is a substandard product or a waste product. It not only has a short lifespan, but also the actual power consumption is about twice as high as the nominal one, so there is no power saving effect. At the same time, the current harmonics are also very large, and the current is unstable, which is detrimental to the life of the lamp bead and the life of the overall lamp. The life of the power supply directly affects the overall life of the lamp. The theoretical life of Led Lamp Beads is greater than 50,000 hours, while the life of the power supply is between 0.5 and 30,000 hours. It is impossible for LED lamps to guarantee product quality and life without a good driving power supply.

3. Heat dissipation conditions:

1. Radiator material: Now the radiator material generally uses the most aluminum, the best is the insert aluminum, the car aluminum (aluminum profile, extruded aluminum) is the second, and the worst is the cast aluminum.

2. Heat sink structure: The contact area between the LED Lamp Bead and the aluminum substrate and the aluminum shell, the tightness of the assembly, etc. will directly affect the conduction and heat dissipation effect of the core temperature of the LED chip.

3. Radiator area: The size of the radiator area of the LED Lamp determines the heat dissipation effect of the LED lamp. If the heat dissipation conditions are not good, the lamp beads will work at high temperature, the light decay will be large, and the life of the lamp will be shortened.

4. Safety Standards

Some of the safety standards for LED lamps in my country have been introduced. Please choose LED lamps according to the safety standards stipulated by the state. A good quality LED lamp also needs to consider different usage environments and different technical requirements, such as moisture-proof, dust-proof and so on.
