Which is the best LED plant growth lamp? How to plant plants indoors

Planting some green plants indoors is an ideal choice for decorating a house and relaxing the mood. Plants can not only purify the air, but also be used as decorations at home. However, planting indoors also has a drawback - insufficient sunlight, and without sufficient light for photosynthesis, plants cannot flourish. If the growth of plants can meet the following requirements, most plants can maintain good growth indoors.

Temperature and Light

Appropriate temperature is another important factor for plant growth, but due to different climates of origin, various plants have different requirements for temperature. If the temperature is higher than the maximum temperature or lower than the minimum temperature, it will damage the growth of plants and even cause plant death.

Therefore, before planting, we must first know the temperature suitable for plant growth. For example, roses, honeysuckles, and lilacs in temperate and sub cold regions can usually tolerate low temperatures of around -20 ℃. Temperate and temperate native chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, and magnolias can usually withstand low temperatures of -5 ℃. Cactus and rubber trees are native to tropical and subtropical regions, so they need to be kept at 15-18 ℃.

Plants must also grow, develop, bloom, and bear fruits in sufficient sunlight, but indoor plants often cannot grow normally due to insufficient sunlight. Nowadays, LED plant growth lights are becoming increasingly popular, as they can replace sunlight to provide a comfortable growth environment for indoor plants. Different types of plants have different requirements for light intensity and exposure area. We need to choose the appropriate plant Growth Lamp based on the different types of plants.

improve air circulation
Many people believe that placing plants indoors can absorb carbon dioxide and purify the air, which is true. However, if plants grow in enclosed spaces, they will undergo anaerobic respiration and release carbon dioxide, which is harmful to the human body. And plants will also be susceptible to bacterial invasion.

Therefore, if planting indoors, it is necessary to open the windows at the appropriate time. It is generally recommended to open it at 9:00 am and 11:00 pm or 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, during which the temperature rises and harmful gases deposited at the bottom of the atmosphere disperse. Alternatively, we can move the plants near windows or balconies for ventilation. Otherwise, the plants planted are very susceptible to illness.

curing
If you want plants to survive for a longer time, careful care must be taken. For potted plants, soil fertility can only last for about a year. If the root system withers or grows too fast, it must be pruned to prevent damage to the plant. If it is a slow growing plant, it can be maintained for two to three years without changing the flowerpot. If there is dust on the leaves, it will affect the photosynthesis of the plant. Therefore, it is necessary to wipe the leaves with a sponge or damp soft cloth and spray the plants with water.
