How to set traffic lights by condition?

Not all intersections need to be set with traffic lights, and not all types of intersections will exist at the set intersections, which need to be set according to the actual situation and combined with certain conditions.
1. Traffic accident conditions set by Traffic Signal Light at the intersection:
For intersections with an average of more than 5 traffic accidents per year within 3 years, if the accident can be avoided by setting up LED Traffic Signal Light from the analysis of the cause of the accident, signal lights should be installed.
Signal lights should be installed at intersections where an average of more than one fatal traffic accident occurs every year within three years.
2. Comprehensive conditions of LED Traffic Light settings at intersections
When two or more of the above two intersection flow condition tables and traffic accident conditions reach 80%, the intersection should be set up.
Signal lights can be set at intersections that do not meet the above conditions but have special requirements, such as intersections on the working route of common guards, intersections within the coordinated control range of the traffic signal control system, etc.
3. Pedestrian crossing lights
Crosswalk traffic lights should be installed at light-controlled intersections where crosswalk lines have been drawn.
Fourth, the direction indicator lights
At intersections with multi-phase setting and dedicated turning lanes, direction indicator lights should be set.
(At intersections that do not use multi-phase settings 24 hours a day, direction indicators should not be set).
5. Flashing warning signal lights should be set at the positions where drivers or pedestrians need to be reminded to look around and pass after confirming safety.
